“Mom’s tribute car”

Odometer not reliable/being replaced

Mark wanted a car that was the same year and model as our mom had in the 70’s – the first BMW we set eyes on. Found this in Napa, CA, in rough shape. Currently undergoing an engine out repaint and rebuild, a swap to an updated inline 6, all sorts of NOS parts in hand and being sought. Maybe one of those “more money than sense” projects, but this has sentimental value for us, and we had to save it. Not for sale – this is in remembrance of a fine lady.
